30 Day Spring Cleaning Challenge!
Today's One Thing all things dental: toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss, those little plastic flossing things...anything the dentist would be glad you use.
If you don't have many dental-related items, maybe give their homes a good cleaning and make sure you're up on your teeth cleaning (Covid did a number on regular scheduling!).
If you have a lot of dental items, gather all things dental in one place, put them into piles in categories (dental floss, toothbrush, etc.), then choose the ones you really will use and that are worth making a home for.
If their old home is dirty, give it a good scrub and decide if it's what you want to keep using. If so, put everything back so it's happily in its place.
If you decide you want a new home or a home is needed for extra supplies, find small square or rectangle containers that fit the categories you need homes for - Apple product boxes work great, or keep your eyes peeled at Fred Meyer, hardware stores, etc.
Once everything is neatly tucked away in their clean homes, do a little happy dance and thoroughly congratulate your Self the next time you brush your teeth!
Please remember that I'm here for you! Reach out if you have questions and/or you feel stuck.
There's no need to struggle with clutter anymore - you're not alone and I can help you feel better right away.
